Two-component UV NON-CMR paint for screen printing on glass and ceramics, very high gloss
UVHDGLASS is a two-component, high-gloss, non-CMR UV screen printing ink designed for glass and ceramics: cosmetic containers, bottles, stemware, household glassware, furniture, mirrors, vending machines, automotive parts, vases, and candlesticks. It provides strong adhesion to raw and chemically frosted glass with minimal substrate preparation, excellent resistance to alcohol (beer, brandy, perfume), boiling water (20 minutes), water, freezing after 24 hours, and dishwashers (over 300 cycles). It is scratch-resistant, compatible with hot stamping, and suitable for high-speed printing. It is cured with mercury lamps (175–250 mJ/cm²) or UV LED 395 nm (from 12 W/cm), and baking at 150°C for 30 minutes ensures optimal resistance. The paint meets the requirements of RoHS 2 and RoHS 3 and the packaging directive 94/62/EC.
