What V-One users say

Frequently asked questions about Voltera V-One
What can Voltera V-One do?
The V-One combines four functions in one desktop device: printing traces with silver-based conductive ink, drilling (optional module), selective solder paste dispensing and reflow on the built-in heating table.
What kind of boards can be made on the V-One?
Single-sided and double-sided boards on FR1 and FR4 substrates with a thickness of 1-3 mm. The build area is 128 × 116 mm and the minimum track width is 0,2 mm.
What design files does V-One support?
Gerber files exported from any ECAD software, including Eagle, Altium Designer, and KiCAD.
Is drilling holes included in the standard kit?
No. The drilling module is optional – it allows you to make holes for vias, through-hole components, and double-sided boards.
How long does it take to make a prototype?
Prototype printing time is less than an hour, and design corrections can be made within an hour – without sending files to an external board manufacturer.
What is the warranty on the V-One?
24-month warranty, extendable to 60 months. Extended warranty can be ordered additionally from Voltera. During the warranty period, the device is repaired or replaced.
How is V-One different from Voltera NOVA?
The V-One is a desktop printer for prototyping PCBs on rigid FR1 and FR4 substrates. NOVA is a modular platform for direct printing (Direct Ink Write) with conductive inks, dielectrics, and biocompatible materials on rigid, flexible, and non-rigid substrates, such as glass, foils, paper, and fabrics.
