The BLACKHEATER GPAD 40+ is a self-adhesive, thin, and flexible graphene-based heating film printed on a PET substrate. Designed for lightweight, uniform, low-power thermal management applications (48 V DC, 77 W), it provides uniform heat distribution with a total thickness of 370 µm and a minimum bend radius of 2 mm. Connection is via a quick-connect housing with two wires (positive and negative)—do not exceed the maximum supply voltage of 48 V DC. Temperature control requires an external probe and an ON/OFF thermostat or PID controller. Control cannot be based on measuring the resistance of the heating film.

NEOBLACK SP1 is a water-based, conductive graphene-based screen printing ink designed to create thin, flexible, and uniform conductive patterns in heating applications and printed electronics. Solvent-free and single-component (ready-to-use), it features high flexibility, compatibility with a wide range of substrates, and easy cleanup after use with distilled water. The resistive behavior remains stable (STC) up to 150°C; above this temperature, the ink exhibits a negative temperature coefficient (NTC). ECV003 is a UV dielectric varnish designed for printed electronics, used to isolate conductive layers and create conductive bridges (cross-overs) in multi-layer systems.
