This product complies with non-CMR regulations and is ideal for the production of membrane switches, RFID tags, touch panels, and flexible printed electronics.
AQUACARD TF
Hydro UV NON CMR ink for printing on PVC cards
AQUACARD TF is a technical VFP ink and varnish designed for the production of bank cards (PVC, RPVC). Its appearance is similar to solvent ink, but without VOC restrictions – it supports industrial printing processes, accepts embossing, laminating, and offset overprinting. It is dried by water evaporation on IR bridges and then polymerized with UV radiation. Validation on the target substrate, within the applicable process window and regulatory context, is recommended before production implementation – the ink is NON-CMR, where applicable.
