CARBON ELECTRON-001
Resistive Carbon Ink for Printed Electronics
CARBON ELECTRON 001 (CEL001) is a solvent-based carbon ink designed for printed electronics applications. The product provides good electrical conductivity, high-quality screen printing, and uniform coverage even on large surfaces. It is compatible with PET and paper substrates, and its non-CMR formulation provides a safer solution for modern production processes. The ink is used on printed resistors, carbon traces, sensor electrodes, and membrane keypad contacts.

AQUACARD TF
Hydro UV NON CMR ink for printing on PVC cards
AQUACARD TF is a technical VFP ink and varnish designed for the production of bank cards (PVC, RPVC). Its appearance is similar to solvent ink, but without VOC restrictions – it supports industrial printing processes, accepts embossing, laminating, and offset overprinting. It is dried by water evaporation on IR bridges and then polymerized with UV radiation. Validation on the target substrate, within the applicable process window and regulatory context, is recommended before production implementation – the ink is NON-CMR, where applicable.

LABELMAT V2
Matte UV ink (non-CMR) for top-coated paper, PE and PP labels
LABELMAT V2 is a matte, non-CMR UV screen printing ink designed for label printing on flatbed and rotary roll-to-roll presses. The ink is flexible, resistant to deformation and cutting, dries quickly, and is suitable for hot foil stamping and embossing. Matte appearance (less than 20% gloss) – do not use on matte substrates or white glassine, as their porosity creates an uneven effect. Substrates may vary depending on their origin – preliminary testing is recommended before production.
