Colorless UV varnish (non-CMR) with a raised effect, also for Braille

UVRELEX V2 is a high-viscosity, non-CMR UV screen printing varnish designed for relief printing, including Braille. It is suitable for both roll-to-roll and flatbed screen printing machines. It is characterized by high elasticity, good reactivity, and exceptional tension, smoothness, and durability after printing and curing. It has a transparent, glossy finish. Substrates may vary depending on source – preliminary testing is recommended before production.

UVICARD TF is a non-carcinogenic and mutagenic UV screen printing ink designed for printing on PVC and RPVC cards. UV-curable, it dries quickly, and is compatible with offset printing for lamination and embossing. It has a glossy finish. Validation on the target substrate and within the applicable processing window is recommended before production implementation.

After annealing, it remains flexible and resistant to elevated temperatures.
