Dielectric Varnish for Printed Electronics

ECV003 is a UV dielectric varnish designed for printed electronics, used to isolate conductive layers and create conductive bridges (cross-overs) in multi-layer systems. It provides excellent electrical insulation (dielectric strength ≥ 4000 V in two layers) and increased UV resistance during the curing process. The product is chemically compatible with Silver Electron inks and can be used on PET, polycarbonate, surface-modified polyester, and paper/cardboard substrates. The formulation meets the requirements of the non-CMR policy.

LABELMAT V2 is a matte, non-CMR UV screen printing ink designed for label printing on flatbed and rotary roll-to-roll presses. The ink is flexible, resistant to deformation and cutting, dries quickly, and is suitable for hot foil stamping and embossing. Matte appearance (less than 20% gloss) – do not use on matte substrates or white glassine, as their porosity creates an uneven effect. Substrates may vary depending on their origin – preliminary testing is recommended before production.

PIEZO ELECTRON UV (PEUV) is a piezoelectric UV ink designed for printed electronics. UV curing enables the rapid production of active functional layers. Requiring a low bias voltage (20 V/µm), it can be used in thermally sensitive components, simplifying the manufacturing process. The ink is suitable for pressure and vibration sensors, haptic elements, energy harvesting systems, and other printed electronics applications. The formulation is PFAS-free and complies with non-CMR requirements.

SILVER ELECTRON THIN FILM (SETF) is a solvent-based, silver-based conductive ink designed for creating thin conductive layers in printed electronics. It provides good electrical conductivity, excellent adhesion, and very good print resolution, enabling the creation of thin and uniform conductive paths. After annealing, it remains flexible and resistant to elevated temperatures. The product is compatible with PET, PVC, polycarbonate, glass, polyimide, paper/cardboard, and surface-modified polyester substrates and meets the requirements of the non-CMR policy.
