Dielectric Varnish for Printed Electronics

ECV004 is a UV dielectric varnish designed for printed electronics, used to isolate conductive layers and create conductive bridges (cross-overs) in multi-layer systems. It provides excellent electrical insulation (dielectric strength ≥ 4000 V in two layers) and increased UV resistance during the curing process. The product is chemically compatible with Silver Electron inks and can be used on PET, polycarbonate, surface-modified polyester, and paper/cardboard substrates. The formulation meets the requirements of the non-CMR policy.

SILVER ELECTRON STRETCHABLE (SES) is a solvent-based, silver-based conductive ink designed for applications requiring high flexibility and stretchability. The product was developed for wearable electronics, intelligent textiles, and thermoformed components (IME/IMD). After appropriate curing, the ink provides high electrical conductivity, heat resistance, excellent substrate adhesion, and high print resolution. It can be used on PET, polycarbonate, and polyurethane substrates and is compatible with thermoforming processes. The formulation is CMR-free (non-CMR).
