150 µm nozzles – 4 pcs.
150 µm Metal Dispensing Nozzles – 4 pcs in a set, for precision V-One and NOVA projects
150µm nozzles are high-precision metal dispensing tips that allow you to utilize the maximum resolution of your V-One and NOVA printers in your experimental projects. This kit includes four 150µm (6 mil) inner diameter nozzles, manufactured in the USA by Subrex. Do not use with T4 solder paste – this will cause nozzle clogging and reduced print quality.

7800
Solvent-based screen printing ink for self-adhesive foils, for vehicle decoration.
7800 SL 900 is a series of solvent-based screen printing inks designed for high-quality self-adhesive films used in vehicle decoration, where high resistance to outdoor conditions and light is required. The ink features high resistance to petroleum derivatives, alcohol, oils, and water, is heat-sealable, and has a very high light fastness (8 on the Blue Wool scale). The print has an estimated durability of 5 years. It dries at room temperature in 1–2 minutes or at 50–55°C in 20–30 seconds, and the drying speed is regulated by ECO thinners (5–20%). The addition of ST305 hardener (10%) increases resistance. It works on semi-automatic and automatic machines.

6800
A solvent-based screen printing ink for rigid plastics, with a very high gloss.
6800 is a satin/glossy, solvent-based screen printing ink designed for rigid plastics: PVC, polystyrene, acrylic sheets (PMMA), polycarbonate, ABS, and polypropylene (with 10% ST305 hardener). It is used for full-surface printing, POS materials, backlit signage, and device panels. It features very high gloss, high resistance to petroleum derivatives, oils, and greases, excellent mechanical strength, and is thermoformable and heat-sealable. It is also suitable for subsequent flame treatment. It dries by solvent evaporation (4–6 minutes at room temperature), and the drying speed is regulated by ECO thinners. Transparent colors, highly lightfast shades (6800 SL), and a selection of colors are available upon request.
