ECV004
Dielectric Varnish for Printed Electronics
ECV004 is a UV dielectric varnish designed for printed electronics, used to isolate conductive layers and create conductive bridges (cross-overs) in multi-layer systems. It provides excellent electrical insulation (dielectric strength ≥ 4000 V in two layers) and increased UV resistance during the curing process. The product is chemically compatible with Silver Electron inks and can be used on PET, polycarbonate, surface-modified polyester, and paper/cardboard substrates. The formulation meets the requirements of the non-CMR policy.

UVTHF
UV varnish (non-CMR) compatible with standard gilding foils
UVTHF is a non-CMR UV screen printing varnish designed for hot stamping transfer foils on flatbed roll-to-roll screen printing machines. It eliminates the need for a jig—the pattern is defined directly by the screen, ensuring high-resolution detail. Compatible with standard hot stamping foils; the final appearance depends on the foil used. Substrates may vary depending on source—preliminary testing is recommended before production.

AQUACARD TF
Hydro UV NON CMR ink for printing on PVC cards
AQUACARD TF is a technical VFP ink and varnish designed for the production of bank cards (PVC, RPVC). Its appearance is similar to solvent ink, but without VOC restrictions – it supports industrial printing processes, accepts embossing, laminating, and offset overprinting. It is dried by water evaporation on IR bridges and then polymerized with UV radiation. Validation on the target substrate, within the applicable process window and regulatory context, is recommended before production implementation – the ink is NON-CMR, where applicable.
