1 1

Printing paths
  • Silver-based conductive ink
  • Tracks and pads from 0,2 mm wide
1 2

Drilling
  • Holes for vias and through-hole components
  • Double-sided inserts with modular drilling attachment
1 3

Solder paste dispensing
  • Selective dosing on selected pads
  • Precise control of paste volume
2 1

Built-in reflow
  • Heating table 550 W, up to 240°C
  • Programmable reflow profiles
2 2

Rapid prototyping
  • Reduces prototyping time by 85%
  • Up to 15 prototypes per day
  • Without outsourcing the production of tiles
2 3

Intellectual property protection
  • All PCBs are manufactured in-house
  • The project never leaves the company

Selective solder paste dosing

Selective solder paste dosing
  • V-One loads Gerber file exported from any ECAD software
  • V-One prints tracks and pads with silver-based conductive ink
  • The ink is cured on a built-in heating table
  • Solder paste is dispensed selectively on the indicated pads
  • Reflow of components in a programmed temperature profile (heating table up to 240°C)
  • Optional: drilling holes for vias and through-hole components using a modular attachment – for double-sided boards
