The Voltera V-One is a compact 4-in-1 PCB printer that combines conductive trace printing, hole drilling, solder paste dispensing, and reflow soldering in a single device. This allows a functional PCB prototype to be created in an hour instead of days or weeks. According to the manufacturer, the device allows for up to 15 prototypes per day—without the need for outsourcing. The print bed heats up to 240°C, enabling both curing conductive paint and reflow solder directly onto the board. The V-One is ideal for electronic prototype development and assembly, technical education, and makerspaces, ensuring full intellectual property protection thanks to in-house production. Chemikonics supplies the device along with consumables and technical support in the Polish market.

The addition of bismuth lowers the remelting temperature compared to other alloys, making T4 paste ideal for working with V-One printed silver traces.
