NYLOTHANE

NYLOTHANE is a non-CMR solvent-based ink designed for printing on polyamide, polyester (fabric or injection molded), polyurethane, and technical foams, as well as for the production of water-based stickers. It can be used on semi-automatic, semi-automatic, and automatic machines. It is characterized by high speed on automatic machines, high gloss, good coverage, resistance to hydrocarbons, and good screen stability without the effects of static electricity. IR BLOCKING V2 is a non-CMR solvent ink printed inside the card structure, absorbing infrared light (860–950 nm). It enables the correct reading and use of transparent payment cards in ATMs and ATM terminals, in accordance with the ISO/IEC 7810 standard. This non-flammable product, not classified as hazardous for transport, dries quickly, and is available in glossy or satin finishes.

Silver Paint for Printed Electronics

SILVER ELECTRON STRETCHABLE (SES) is a solvent-based, silver-based conductive ink designed for applications requiring high flexibility and stretchability. The product was developed for wearable electronics, intelligent textiles, and thermoformed components (IME/IMD). After appropriate curing, the ink provides high electrical conductivity, heat resistance, excellent substrate adhesion, and high print resolution. It can be used on PET, polycarbonate, and polyurethane substrates and is compatible with thermoforming processes. The formulation is CMR-free (non-CMR).
