Conductive graphene-based ink for screen printing
NEOBLACK SP2 is a water-based, conductive, graphene-based screen printing ink designed to create highly conductive, flexible, and uniform patterns for heating, printed electronics, sensor technology, and EMI shielding applications. Solvent-free and single-component (ready-to-use), it features high flexibility, compatibility with a wide range of substrates, and easy cleanup with distilled water after use. The resistive behavior remains stable (STC) up to 150°C; above this temperature, the ink exhibits a negative temperature coefficient (NTC). Thermal curing: 120–150°C for 3–5 min (or tunnel oven in a 100→130→130°C profile, approximately 1,5 min total).
