T4 Solder Paste is a lead-free, RoHS-compliant tin-bismuth-silver (Sn42Bi57,6Ag0,4) alloy paste designed for soldering SMD components on V-One printed PCBs, as well as on factory-printed PCBs. The addition of bismuth lowers the remelting temperature compared to other alloys, making T4 paste ideal for working with V-One printed silver traces.

4th generation conductive ink for Voltera V-One printer – high silver content, excellent solderability and short curing time

Conductor 4 is Voltera's latest, fourth-generation silver conductive ink. It contains 80% silver by weight (nanoparticles approximately 80 nm) and is designed for printing conductive traces and pads on PCBs (FR1, FR4 laminates) using the V-One printer. It provides excellent water and alcohol resistance and very good solderability – it accepts soldering with tin-bismuth-silver wire with flux at 180°C. Thermal cure: 10 minutes at 175°C. 2 mL cartridge, made in the USA – requires refrigerated storage, shelf life up to 12 months from the date of production.
