Resistive Carbon Ink for Printed Electronics

CARBON ELECTRON 003 (CEL003) is a next-generation solvent-based carbon ink designed for printed electronics. It provides stable and repeatable resistivity, high print quality, and good mechanical resistance. The product is used in the production of printed resistors, carbon traces, electrodes, membrane keypad contacts, as well as measuring elements and sensors. The ink was developed with demanding industrial and R&D processes in mind.

Dielectric Varnish for Printed Electronics

ECV003 is a UV dielectric varnish designed for printed electronics, used to isolate conductive layers and create conductive bridges (cross-overs) in multi-layer systems. It provides excellent electrical insulation (dielectric strength ≥ 4000 V in two layers) and increased UV resistance during the curing process. The product is chemically compatible with Silver Electron inks and can be used on PET, polycarbonate, surface-modified polyester, and paper/cardboard substrates. The formulation meets the requirements of the non-CMR policy.

Matte UV ink (non-CMR) for top-coated paper, PE and PP labels

LABELMAT V2 is a matte, non-CMR UV screen printing ink designed for label printing on flatbed and rotary roll-to-roll presses. The ink is flexible, resistant to deformation and cutting, dries quickly, and is suitable for hot foil stamping and embossing. Matte appearance (less than 20% gloss) – do not use on matte substrates or white glassine, as their porosity creates an uneven effect. Substrates may vary depending on their origin – preliminary testing is recommended before production.
